Why me?
A story from the trenches
I get it.
I’ve been there.
And I still experience the joy and the struggle of leadership.
After thirty-five years in leadership, from business to charity to church sectors, I’ve had my share of wanting to walk away from leadership.
Oh, how I’ve dreamed of simpler roles! Librarian?
But it’s those very experiences—struggles, scars, and lessons learned—that fuel my passion for supporting leaders like you. I’ve learned how to thrive in the most challenging seasons of leadership and have coached many other leaders to do the same.
The Reboot programme was born out of the learnings from my own journey but I’ve also guided hundreds of other leaders to their next level, restoring energy and passion, all while strengthening their relationship with Christ.

Barry's story
Before Reboot, I felt I had reached a plateau in my leadership.
