A story from the trenches
I get it. Iâve been there.
After thirty-five years in leadership, from business to charity to church sectors, Iâve had my share of wanting to walk away from leadership.
Oh, how Iâve dreamed of simpler roles! Librarian?
But itâs those very experiencesâstruggles, scars, and lessons learnedâthat fuel my passion for supporting leaders like you. Iâve learned how to thrive in the most challenging seasons of leadership and have coached many other leaders to do the same.
The Reboot programme was born out of the learnings from my own journey but Iâve also guided hundreds of other leaders to their next level, restoring energy and passion, all while strengthening their relationship with Christ.
